Don't you think that if there was any ounce of promise for this company that it wouldn't be a .02 stock and someone/anyone outside of this board and/or on wall street would say a peep about it?

Well.....yes and no.
There are many different patent trolls out there. Considering all the court documents are sealed there's really no way for anyone on the outside to know how this is going. Of course, if someone recognized VPLM had a case, you'd probably be reading about it somewhere.
I mean, if nothing else, these claims are in a court and a Judge is hearing the cases. The problem as I see it is, there has already been one settlement and all that has happened is the share price has dropped further AND the fact the company is printing shares regularly is diluting any apparent value AND since they are dumping the shares into the market before anything become public.....should be very telling indeed.
I still can't fathom how the company would possible pay the shareholders without breaking a non-disclosure, considering they have no other source of revenue.
