What is it that need to learn and/or what is it that I stated that you THINK is not correct?
Pretty much everything that is based on your novel opinion that a patent is valid upon issuance. That is not so. A patent issued by the USPTO is merely a ticket allowing the holder to file suit in court that would establish its validity in an infringement case. Only a court can determine the validity of a patent....Or not. Even the USPTO says that.
