Agree whole heartedly. The 'Tender Offer' would require JP's participation and would have been shot down by him IMO. I'm just wondering what the response from the other board will be...SILENCE? WOW...Like 'LoanStew' stated...."that says everything". They claim to be the ones speaking from the highground but this serves as further proof that they are not interested in anything except creating an opportunity to dump their shares on unsuspecting newbies....On this they are speaking from the same ground as Mr. Plant. JMHO
