Sanctions in themselves are procedural issues and have nothing to do with overall patent validity. While I have not seen the actual filings, T-Mobile must show they were prejudiced in some way by Hudnell's alleged actions. Doesn't matter if this was a stack of paper 6 inches tall or 10 feet tall.
