Indeed. Company has $0.00. Mark knows exactly what happens to the PPS of his tickers based on overwhelming historical evidence. And they surely cut & paste components of their documents. We've witnessed many (many) incorrect statements on executed documents.

I don't claim it's 'forward looking', it's just a not true. I dare somebody to go this route and tell us the outcome ;-)
