My take on this......
. The Court entered an Order back in February (probably some type of confidentiality order or protective order) which VOIP violated so now T-Mobile is seeking sanctions against them. I would guess VOIP filed something and attached exhibits which were supposed to be filed under seal because they were confidential, but they didn’t ask them to be sealed, so they became part of the public record which T-Mobile is livid about. At least that’s what I surmise based on the fact that the newest filings include references to “sealed documents” and “redacted copies”.
If they did violate a protective order, judge is gonna be pissed and sanction them in some way. Sometimes it’s monetary sanctions (like payment of attorney’s fees), but sometimes it’s punitive (like striking their pleadings) – usually depends on how egregious the violation(s) is/are.
