So by your first two answers from questions you posed, One can surmise, the information you have asked about, and Jim has confirmed is completed, has also been presented to EXIM, prior to a Feasibility study, for them to study.

That is still to be determined by EXIM

IMO, We should be receiving a FS NR soon.
