TENDER OFFER: SHAREHOLDERS MAY BE PRESENTED WITH AN OFFER BY THE COMPANY TO SUBMIT A PORTION OR ALL OF THEIR SHARES WITHIN A PRE-DETERMINED TIME FRAME.THE "TENDER OFFER" DEFINES THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES THE COMPANY IS LOOKING TO RE-PURCHASE AND AT WHAT PRICE PER SHARE. SHAREHOLDERS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE COMMUNICATE TO THE COMPANY INDIVIDUALLY THE NUMBER OF SHARES HE/SHE WANTS TO SELL. I am not a current shareholder but will add a suggestion(shocking, I know). There are different types of 'Tender Offers'....I would suggest that Mr. Plant be given some leeway in price per share offer. This would serve two purposes in my opinion. 1) It would allow participation to all that want to be part of the process and 2)Given the situation I doubt that the offer from the company would be open ended in terms of the number of shares that could be re-purchased.This way Mr. Plant could set a "range" to the companies per share offer...Price range is typically set at a premium in comparison to the present PPS. I would recommend that current shareholders on both sides of the "aisle" come to an agreement on what the price points should be. And remember, should the number of shares offered back to the company exceed the predetermined amount of shares the company is willing to buy back...some will be left holding their shares. The company reviews all offers and buys the pre-determined number of shares at the lowest price offered. EXAMPLE: If CKYS sets the price it is willing to pay at no less than .02 and no more than .04 any shareholder wishing to take part must offer his/her shares(partial or entire holding) at a price no less than .02 and no more than .04. SORRY SANDVET...I RAMBLED ON AND WE CAN ALWAYS CONDENSE THIS. ACTUAL SHAREHOLDERS ARE THE ONES WITH $$$$ ON THE LINE HERE AND THEY WILL OBVIOUSLY HAVE FINAL SAY ON THE DETAILS.AND I AM OBVIOUSLY NOT A CURRENT SHAREHOLDER NOR AM I WELL VERSED IN ALL THE DETAILS OF A 'TENDER OFFER'. THIS IS JUST A BASIC UNDERSTANDING THAT I HAVE OFFERED. I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A GRAND TOTAL OF 1 OF THESE(3 YEARS AGO). BOTH BOARDS(ESPECIALLY THIS ONE,I'M BIASED) HAVE SOME VERY ASTUTE PEOPLE WHO OBVIOUSLY KNOW MORE THAN MYSELF ON THE SUBJECT OF 'TENDER OFFERS'. ANY INPUT SHOULD BE WELCOMED IMO.
