In case you missed it, they transitioned the case to Chapter 15 so the Canadian proceedings could disposition everything. In those proceedings, the company was liquidated and shut down. But, for some reason, you think they were worth billions. So, without evading the question again, with that sort of value, why'd they go bankrupt with a mere $100M of total liabilities? With a value of billions, they would easily get new financing to cover their debts, but they didn't. Could it be they weren't really worth those billions?
