A "vicious takedown" is exactly what it needs. MTEI was a huge scam back in the late '90s. Contrary to what Mr Igwealor says in his OTC Markets disclosure, it was suspended by the SEC. The crooks running the show were eventually litigated by the SEC. The list of enforcement actions is a long one.
