Take this post and X2 it as we now have two contracts:

The reality of it is, if this first transaction gets completed, this will be cheap at .01. While many sit on the sidelines they should punch in a 10% net profit into the 250M+ contract. 10 PE on top of this puts this up around .10 using a hypothetical example.
