I doubt he drives, but I think they certainly needs his drivers license revoked, if he has one. Right after they revoke his senate seat.

Thanks, I've seen just a few people suffer minor stoke episodes which should be fully checked out.
One thing matched what I saw and that was the turtles mouth being locked tightly closed, with a slight downturn of one side.
