Not sure the post you are referencing but any post hinting at a 5 year old conspiracy to defraud the public in a very slow and public bankruptcy for no reason is laughable and technically off topic.

There is nothing even remotely relevant about his, IE, Biow or any of the good things coming crews posts.
Since FKA Bioamber was liquidated and shut down 5 years ago has no employees, no BOD, no registered agent even the corp is voided. There are no secret deals in a liquidation of a public company all is already known and completed.
If there was a deal for the shares the shareholders would have known right away and had to accept or refuse the deal.
