It is bad enough when these stinky pinks spring a reverse split on shareholders followed by a regulation "A" offering. They have been promoting this regulation "A" offering for a year now as if it is a good deal for shareholders. Any wonder why this ticker is unable to get any traction? Better bets else where in my opinion.
