It just all depends on fast & how much they dump off the bat. I don't have a track record on these new guys, but assuming they did their homework on who they were getting into bed with, I won't be surprised to hear a lot of disgruntled believers in short order.
We can focus on them and their new company in order to see a rosy picture and say CONrad has nothing to do with it, but he is still the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
And remember one key detail: They purposely left the Authorized Shares @ 40 BILLION SHARES.
If they wanted to send a message that would take it easy on diluting the share structure, they would have lowered that to something more reasonable, like 1B and went up from there as needed.
And remember what I posted a year or more ago. I identified other monies that they had raised before coming here. If I remember correctly, it was around $6M and then they decide that they needed more. (At least, that is how much I could find. Don't know if there was more or not.)
