OK so lets clarify. Do they have to be a SEC registered transfer agent to legally operate? Can they be a transfer agent and not be registered with the SEC? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but it sounds like you are saying that national stock transfer is illegally acting as a transfer agent. Is that what you are saying? wasnt that back in 1995.....a long time ago.....anyway....maybe you should write back to this atty and ask him why they are still in business.....since the SEC has have had knowledge of this since clear back in 2004 when the "didnt" register.....a little suspicious dont you think?????
