"Business as a whole" after completion of successful restructuring"... and seems to be quite profitable as well. Completion of all requirements of "Acquiring", hidden in the NDA's...one which is acquisition of common shares ( done )and 1:1e, dividends due after compensation determined. Then done...full stop.

We may never find out all the reasons? I'm sure there are many. In any case It's a process that has to complete. Just to name one, I had read in these restructurings the acquiring Co. has to show good faith using the assets for years before they can use the tax losses of the previous company so that alone its enough to keep it mum.

There's a lot of money at stake, I'm sure there are many reasons within this undertaking and no one can say a word until its complete. The NDA's are out there. Even the FUD 'shareholder advocate' on this board has admitted to receiving one.
