The Official SEC doc proves what lol? Absolutely nothing as all of that was before the liquidation happened. Great post? It was complete garbage as there was no change of control as in the company being sold. Let’s also not forget Eno and the rest of the BOD voluntarily resigned they were not terminated not that it matters as again FKA BioAmber was liquidated.
