Only scooted backwards up the broken-steps of the roughly rebuilt deck out back. Do that front now, still use the chair. Inside always with railing help managed front-up. Now, dinner in one hand water in the other, going upstairs is no problem. Just run the water along the wall for reassuring balance.

Going down now i very slowly and deliberately lower the left foot to just above the next step using the new-right knee, with no help from the railing except resting right hand there in case. That is my most concentrated knee exercise these days. Say 15 steps, some 10x up-and-down so about 300 high (20cm=7.9in) steps each day. Is good exercise the physio woman said, so lucky to have steps.

I can up and down virtually normally now. Just deliberately still do the down exercise cuz it still feels a good one to do. ;-) Now first am. 1.4km (0.87mi) walk. Bit flat then long uphill, to top, turn and back.
