Dang, that sure stinks. Also, there is a way to get the shares DRS in your name for that pretty wall decor. I have a handful, but not counted in my 106k.
Spoke with TDA and the rep stated they are canceled and awaiting instructions on what to do with the shares. There was conversation regarding an equity swap as well. Oh the possibilities, 1manband!!
Time will tell!
Also, you guys keep thinking that I am starstruck over this going to zero and shares being canceled. I've mentioned before IF this happens I am living no different. This was 100% a gamble and I knew that once it went BK.
Looking forward to the dust settling and knowing if I was right or wrong. The difference between you and I is that if I lose, I'm out 150k. If you lose, your short position could get pretty costly to exit...
