they changed some proceedures and protocols that greatly increased efficiency, cleared up bottlenecks and shortened the timelines for production...
There is absolutely no evidence of that occurring. They said things were being implemented and they wouldn't know if they were successful for 60 days. They haven't said if it was one way or the other.
