Great question. 100% on topic and valid. I wonder if a company's shares can be revoked for such an infraction, or if there have to be other actions in addition to it. Of course, I don't expect you to get a response of substance with regards to this very important point, and I'd suggest you post this information "elsewhere" as well. It's great DD. And public information, as the SEC responded to your inquiry. I encourage anyone else to verify your information by sending an email and posting the response here on the board.

if this is true, and not saying its not...then why are they still in business????? why doesnt the SEC shut them down???? they sure had no problem suspending cyberkey!!!! something just doesnt sound right about what you posted....am I missing something??
