Wow, that’s as civil as I’ve ever seen you sans the name calling. I never disputed the note, but that same note helped provide for what the company is doing today. Do you dispute everything the company is doing to expand? You’ve been told to report any issues to the sec. Did you? Why haven’t you? Seems like an open and shut case for you if you’re right. The company’s shares are spoken for and shares naked shorted. Do you dispute this?Are you calling everyone who owns shares a moron? Why do you even care if people are still buying shares? You’re not doing it out of the goodness of your heart, what do you have against the company and how much are you being paid to bag on the company? There’s just too many faults with your thesis.
