They are deleted friend...given that the cancellation of all shares means that they become null and void...effected immediately. The effect started today and the conclusion is @ 12:01 tonight. Null and void.
You appear to believe that when an issuer says all its shares will be "cancelled", it really means they'll be "deleted". From what, then, would they be deleted? Things requiring deletion must be deleted from something.
