It’s actually very, very easy…. If you actually want to do it. The problem is, you have to work with FINRA and have your house in order. Sharp is the only Board Member, manager or anything. FINRA won’t do it because GVSI is not a company, it’s an island, controlled (not managed, as there is nothing to manage in FINRA’s eyes) by a serial shell controller.
