Until the 211 is filed, TDA will give you issues, but when they reject the first Buy order, go back to that order and send it in again immediately. It'll reject the first or second retry attempt but eventually it will go through. It's annoying but it works. I've done it on the mobile ToS app multiple times

I thought tda changed to Charles Schwab? And they’re a little more conservative it seems.
