Well September 23 will be 1 month that ICOA hired an external company to do the FY22 and Q2 Financials. It took over a year to figure it out they could not do it internally???? Who EXACTLY IS RUNNING THE SHOW. IT SURE ISN'T THE CEO!!!! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME WE HAVE HEARD FROM HIM???????????????
