yes,that is true,SS and PR's and the float here is still very low. OS has increased but most are restricted. when dealing with pink stocks the biggest waste of time is to get overly analitical regarding the companies financial stability. if they need money there's a good chance they'll get the stock moving and you can ride the coat tails. so there you have it....i usually charge for insight like that. ;-)
