In his defense, how can you buy at low prices if there were no dilution/PPs?

YP, money was needed. For this that were able to get in on PP get 9% on debentures while they wait, that can be converted into shares at .65 and warrants that can be converted at .715, good for them I hold no envy cause if all works out for them it works out for me that's buying shares at .58

Now does that sound logical?
