No wonder people speculate the possibility their is an alteria motive here. Paul Ross hasn't made much of PVSP and HTSC over the course of many years. Check out all the changes those two OTC companies have made in the past.
How do these companies stay afloat without revenue and accomplishing many goals? Or, even stay in business while they hardly even produce a successful business model. Ask yourself, self who stands to make the money off of share equity, exchanges, agreements.
