first of all, when this article came out on June 12, fcel's stock price was $2.60...at the moment, the pps is $1.22...and thats because its up a nickel so far...
wherever they thought the price could go was based on the pps of $2.60...its way less than half that now...and it was before the company asked for 500 mil more shares, which is doubling the outstanding shares.....i wonder what they would think NOW...
they say the pps could go to $23....but in the next 7 YEARS, they saw the max pps being 10 bucks...im not sure when they saw $23 happening...
