help me understand the "power - evil power" of the WTS

If GOV force converts the LP at 150B or whatever to FNMA shares - even at $1 -that is 150B shares

If GOV exercises WTS -- that is 4B shares

I do not think the issue is the WTS but rather potential dilution should the GOV force convert their seniors into common at $1 or even less
