What would anyone “investigate”? It was a clear public auction.

Uhm, has nothing to do with Ontario. Former head office of the former company was located in Montreal, Quebec.
Bankruptcy / liquidation in Quebec Federal court.... you know, Quebec - Canada.
There was a time to learn the facts, they were public - that time was 5 years ago.
You had a window to object = 5 years ago.
Five years later you're upset, realization took a long time huh?
Research more Origin or KAHC stuff, you've never being interested in knowing the facts.
