$AAPJ - Perhaps they can't put the merger/acquisition information out to the public at this time. The merger is definitely coming as evident by the increase in authorized shares to 3b. They hinted such.
If it is a good one then the pps will soar. If it is a bad one then the pps will decline. The current pps of .0007 doesn't reflect a premium associated with a good merger/acquisition so the risk is less for investors rolling the dice here at this price level.
I'm betting it's a good one and the pps is going parabolic.
