Sure ; its possible but I'm loooking for a buck for now. Rate hike or not doesn't matter. Look at what it did when the FED paused. It sunk anyway. Its all about the 500mil share dilution. Add to that the company is bleeding cash, losing money continuously. Buyers have sold or stepped aside. All the promotions, assumptions and half baked research from the Bull Source failed to help.
