Everyone knows Brian C Walton 78 is a stock promoter, promotions are manipulative and therefore violations of the securities laws. There’re laws against promoting stock with false/fake information - Stock promoters use various means at their disposal - phony “research reports/ DD packets” posted on a variety of websites, social media chatter talking up the “hidden gem” in question, but worst of all Lying about the regulators that are meant to help investors with accurate information. Don’t be taken in by scammers who lie about something as simple as Short Interest. If he’ll lie about FINRA and the SEC, he’ll lie about literally anything. He just wants others to buy his promoted stock, how he does it and who he hurts with his lies doesn’t matter to him.
