It would be psychologically bad. Most dont understand that, and they would assume all those shares would be diluted. So, the panic ensues and the sell off happens. From what I hear, thats why there was such a big sell off on the 29th of August. Someone put that info out in a chatroom and all hell broke loose. It will happen again.
