Not sure Deng even knows about uplisting.

He's the Chairman but he's there because he controls the tech that can turn giant mounts of lithium slag into something valuable. Tony Tao is a finance guy. He's about raising capital but in the US Markets? The expertise that manages uplists is probably not in-house for $ASKH yet. That said, if they're raising $60M via Goldman Sachs, they certainly have the expertise. My guess is we're not there yet.
