From the last Q the conversion rate is a whopping 75% discount to the lowest price in the last 90 days.
Even @.0001 it could be lucrative.
For example, TC Special Investments cashed in for 450 million shares in April and May of this year for a total of 900 million shares.
Comparing the last two Q's it appears that they still owe out $1 million. That is a lot of shares @.0003 with a 75% discount.
That is why I am thinking an increase in the A/S at the least.
