That's what I was wondering too but I don't claim to be a lawyer. How could they initiate lawsuits without the fat cheeto being convicted of anything? Constitutional law is tricky.

I say let the fucker run with it. All he is doing is spreading a toxic disease on the GOP. Rational people will come out of the woodwork to vote next November.
