$.0001 is not going to benefit someone holding 300M+ common shares is it? I definitely could be wrong but $.0001 is probably not going to happen. But I am certain bid setters there are absolutely drooling all over themselves with the thought of getting filled at that mark, JMO

I can see PVSP as a stand alone entity setting at $.0001, What $$$ would PVSP generate post spin off in the current state of PVSP business as a stand alone company? PVSP needs to dive into a sector such as food or energy, something sustainable, profitable and long lasting, JMO

I think the spin off from Artizen should happen. PVSP is just a boat anchor attached to Artizen, in the current state of the business, JMO
