What was meant by that was, 8 months have passed since their original projected date of the R/S.
And they, evidently, are still trying to work through CONrad's passed filings, in order to satisfy FINRA and get the processing completed.
Remember, Uncle Dickey did a clean R/S and then sold it to CONrad, so the trouble is with him.
You have to know that they have a record on this guy, because of their past dealings with him. Therefore, he's having trouble slipping his BS passed them.
