Isn't this obvious? He has to take HeliosDX out of RSHN and separate it from RSHN. He starts another business named HDX Labs at the same address with the same phone number with employees answering the phone the same way they did before ect... We all know this has to happen as RSHN is dead per SEC. In order for this business to go anywhere he must take HeliosDX out of RSHN then find another avenue to go public and then up list as he has desired.
Questions to be answered:
1. What avenue is he going to be able to find to move HeliosDX out of RSHN? (Start from scratch and go public, Be bought out by an existing company, Merge with another, who knows??? )
2. Is HDX Labs part of that process? (I would suggest that it is)
3. Will there be any benefit to current RSHN shareholders when the new avenue to be public and up list arrives? (To be determined)
As far as I can tell his wife basically has an office in the same suite 206 as the Corp Office for HeliosDX which she runs a counseling business out of. One of her specialties is "coping and PTSD" LOL! which we will all need counseling from her if Ashley leaves us high and dry. Maybe he can work out a discount for us since its all in the family.. again to be determined...lol
It going to be tough going to a HeliosDX office for counseling about losing your ass to HeliosDX...lol
