Very nice. You do seem to be someone who would stick to a program, and have an eye on the long term. That is the one fear I have, not adhering to a physical therapy regimen post-surgery. I got an injection about 3 months ago (my first), which was about 70% effective, and I religiously take my eggshell membrane. And I am doing planks, which might be the closest thing to strenuous exercise, along with my 12 lb. medicine ball. I cannot walk for aerobic benefit.
