having read that, rick i will definitely say you got bigger cojones than i, and i hope your in the greatest of health. whichever way you may look at it this is going to take time. i'm glad to hear that you have taken the estate into consideration as it wont go to waist. looking out for the family is always a priority of mine as well even if they dont see it that way at times.
