The FTC has suspended its litigation against the merger and is apparently pursuing a settlement with AMGN:

SGEN closed at $199 as it has been edging up closer to the $229 buyout price agreed to by PFE. I saw the stock price jumped to $207 in after hours trading yesterday so the FTC move might explain it as fears of the PFE-SGEN deal getting blocked are easing.
