So let me get this straight. The process was terminated and the monitor discharged in December 2019'.
Who exactly would be covering?
Ignoring the fact there was only 3K short when this stopped trading : Name a brokerage on planet earth that would allow someone to have a current open short position going on +4 years after a liquidation & ticker deletion..
There are no open short positions, there is no brokerage that would allow an open position for that length of time.
The ticker is deleted = They've all been closed out long ago.. #FactsMatter
