People are looking for logical explanations. When you look at all the evidence available there was obviously a reason why there were so many questionable issues involving the CCAA and the party’s involved . You don’t give up all the tech for penny’s on the dollar . There was very expensive Lawyers and restructuring experts that cost a lot of money . CCAA is 1 part of the process . I am sure BioAmber removed was able to remove and protect some of their intellectual property before they even got involved with the Bankruptcy proceedings. CCAA was only a part . What happened before CCAA is also very relevant. There was many expensive people that were brought in prior to CCAA. The fact of the matter is Eno and others involved have a different take of the end result . They are not going lie and risk their reputation.
Every crappy company has people that post this stuff.
EVERY TIME when you see people lose money on these crappy companies they turn to the people that were arguing with them because they want to “beat” them. And they can’t because crappy companies will always go down eventually. So they come up with this garbage.
The value of companies is NOT a battle between message board posters.
