If you could gather a small group of shareholders with a few bucks and 15% or more of the outstanding you could ask the Nevada district Court to require a shareholder election of Directors as called for by NRS 78.345. I'll bet that would get his attention.

Offer him a(nother) way to transfer a few more millions of dollars of shareholders' money to an offshore location -such as Israel - in exchange for a generous kickback, and I'm sure he'll be all ears.
