Yep, he is an expert user too. As you suggest I think he likely thinks now it's gotta be full speed ahead and let the chips fall where they may. He's fought so many lawsuits in his life these ones to him are likely just going through the steps again. As long as he still has a chance at the presidency that'd be his chiefly focused hope.
